Use reports
The Reports module gives you ready-made views of your data tuned for different audiences — managers, directors, regulators.
What changed: the four list-shaped reports (Hazard Register, Incident Summary, Action Close-out, Inspection Summary) have been retired. Anything you need from a list — filtered, sorted, the columns you want — is now a one-click PDF or Excel export straight from that list. See Export a list as PDF or Excel. The Reports module keeps the three views that aren’t just a list.

What each report covers

Board Report
Section titled “Board Report”An AI-assisted executive summary suitable for a board paper or a director’s pack. It combines live KPIs, the current risk landscape, an incident summary, and inspection performance into an AI-generated narrative with recommendations, and prints as a professional A4 document. See SteadyBot — the AI assistant for how the narrative is generated.
Roadmap
Section titled “Roadmap”A Gantt-style timeline of all your H&S commitments — actions, inspections, and hazard reviews — across the next several months, colour-coded by BRAG.
